Close or delete a list

You can close the window with ✕, Close list, or Esc. Esc works step by step: first it exits the help screen if open, then the editing view, and finally closes the window. Closing the window doesn’t delete the shot list. You can pick up where you left off by opening the Shot list tool later.

If you no longer need a list:

1. Use the list menu → Delete list option.
2. The menu says Are you sure? Clips won’t be deleted; ⌘Z will restore it. Click a second time to confirm deletion.
3. If you deleted it by mistake, use ⌘Z to restore the list, its slots, and the clips you placed in them.

Deleting a list doesn’t delete videos in your library or folders you’ve created.
