Check the report and output
When export finishes, check not only how many files were exported, but also which ones were verified and whether there were any errors.
| Report row | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Transferred to destination | Number of files written to the main destination. |
| Content verified | Files whose contents were checked after export. |
| Renamed on the same drive | Files moved or renamed on the same disk by the Move operation. |
| Skipped because already present | Files not exported again because a matching file was found at the destination. |
| Failed | Files that couldn’t be exported. |
| Planned data | Total data calculated for the operation. |
| Emptied source folders | Source folders left empty after moving. |
| Linked into extra folders (no extra space) | Extra links created so the same clip appears in different folders; shown if any. |
| Copied into extra folders | Files with an extra full copy written instead of a link; shown if any. |
The project folder path appears below the report. The Show in Finder button opens that folder. Close the window with Esc or ✕; clicking outside the window doesn’t close it.
Use Show record file to access more detailed operation records.
Export leaves two types of records:
- CSV delivery record: Saved at the top of the project folder as
_Merceq_{proje}.csv. It contains export details. The report says “The detailed CSV record remains on disk.” - MHL verification record: Located in the
ascmhl/folder inside the project folder. Keeping it with the files preserves the export verification records.
For example, if the path below the report is …/Delivery/Bali 2, Show in Finder takes you directly to that project folder.
Clip and file counts may differ. If a clip is in more than one folder, it may appear multiple times in the file layout. The report’s extra links count doesn’t mean the same number of independent full copies was created.
If you closed the report or it didn’t open automatically because you continued working during export, use Notifications → Show report. If there were failed files or backup errors, review them and complete the missing export.
