What do Merceq tools do?

Merceq tools in the Plugins window let you manage features that make different tasks easier. You can see whether Sense, Recall, and Link are available and on or off. Go is coming soon.

Tool	What does it do for you?
Sense	Lets you search by content by examining speech, visible objects, and on-screen text in videos.
Recall	Recognises footage you’ve rejected or put on hold before when you add it again, and offers to apply your earlier decisions.
Link	Helps you transfer videos from your phone to your Mac and send prepared footage to your editing software as a project.
Go	Coming soon.

To enable or disable an available tool, use its switch in the Plugins window. If you need a tool that’s off, Merceq may show the “Requires {eklenti} Plugin” warning. The Open plugins button in the warning takes you to the relevant setting.

You may see these statuses beside Sense:

Sense status	Meaning
Not downloaded · {boyut}	Files needed for Sense haven’t been downloaded yet.
Downloading · %n	The download is in progress.
Unfinished · x / y	The download couldn’t be completed; the current stage is shown.

You can’t pause a download from the Plugins window. When you turn on the Sense switch, a download starts if needed or an unfinished download resumes. Use Settings → Sense to pause or resume it.

You don’t need to wait for Sense to do basic tasks. You can add your videos to the library, cull them manually, and sort them into folders.

For now, the Installed plugins section only says “Coming soon”; you can’t install third-party plugins from here.
