Your library after delivery
After export, a Merceq folder is considered finished and disappears. When all clips in a Merceq folder have been delivered, that folder is removed from Merceq. The output folders on disk are unaffected.
- A folder isn’t always removed. If at least one output for a clip couldn’t be written, that Merceq folder stays in place. Check the report and try again.
- Folder information isn’t lost. At delivery, the folder’s current state is written to the delivery record; the Link project is built from this record. Deliveries made before this feature was added don’t have this record.
- Delivered clips stay in your library. Find them in the Delivered view. You can return them to the queue with Return delivered clips to queue, but the Merceq folder won’t reappear automatically. If you like, place clips in a folder again with 1–9.
Exporting files to the destination disk doesn’t mean clips are deleted from Merceq.
To add rejected clips to Pending deletion or move them to the macOS Trash, see Pending deletion and reset.
You can now use the output folders on disk for editing or delivery, and keep your decisions, notes, and scene markers in Merceq to review later.
