Merceq closed unexpectedly

If Merceq closed unexpectedly, when you reopen it, first check unfinished tasks in Machine. In Notifications → History, you’ll see “The app closed unexpectedly. Last activity: {aşama}.” The stage may say, for example, “during import” or “during export”. Resume an unfinished transfer from Machine.

With Alpha and Contributor licenses, if a status report has been prepared, the “Something Went Wrong in the Last Session” window also opens. The window shows the app version, operating system, error summary, and Report to be sent.

• Send Report: sends the report to the developer. It doesn’t include video content; filenames or folder names may appear.
• Copy: copies the report to the clipboard; you can send it by email if you want.
• Cancel: closes without sending.
