If a clip won’t play

• If the image is delayed, preparing appears on the lower row. Wait a little.
• If the clip won’t play: “This clip couldn’t be played. Check that its drive is connected and open it again.”
• For formats such as BRAW and R3D that can’t be opened on this Mac: “This video can’t be previewed here: its format can’t be opened on this Mac. Clip details stay in your library; you can open the video in its own app.”
