Manage background jobs and Merceq tools
Focus on your footage and let Merceq handle the rest. While you keep culling your videos, file transfers, preview preparation, and AI analyses can continue in the background. Track all your tasks in one place with Machine, pause them when needed, and resume unfinished work without starting over. Analyse your footage with Sense, recall past decisions with Recall, and connect to your editing workflow with Link. Go is coming soon. Multiple tasks, complementary smart tools, and an uninterrupted workflow. And you’re always in control.
You can keep reviewing clips while Merceq transfers your files or prepares video contents. Machine shows ongoing and queued jobs; Notifications shows situations that need you to take action. You can manage Merceq’s Sense, Recall, and Link tools in the Plugins section. Go isn’t available yet; it’s planned for a future release.
Merceq works local-first. Sense analyses images, speech, and on-screen text on your Mac; source videos aren’t sent to the cloud or an external AI service for analysis. Recall also remembers your earlier decisions from your local library. You need an internet connection to download Sense models for the first time; a connection may also be needed for licensing and updates. For details, see Local operation and privacy.
