Manage Alpha metrics

This section is only for people using an Alpha license. Other licenses don’t have Alpha metrics.

With an Alpha license, Merceq asks once, “Allow Alpha metrics?” If metrics are on, Merceq sends numbers only once a day: how many searches you make, whether your chips keep their charge, and how long Sense takes to understand clips. Your videos, filenames, and search text aren’t sent.

  • Allow: turns metrics on.
  • No: leaves them off.
  • × (Ask later): closes the question for now.

To change your decision later:

  1. Open the Settings → License page.
  2. Turn the Alpha metrics switch on or off.
    • When on: “On · counts only, once a day · next send {tarih}”.
    • When off: “Off · nothing is counted or sent”.
  3. Press What will be sent? to see what will be sent. Use Hide to close it.
