On the left

Part	What it does
Import	Opens the Import window (⌘O). While importing, the button says “Working…”.
Undo (⌘Z)	Undoes your last action. Hold the button to open Undo history. If there’s nothing to undo, the button looks dim and can’t be used.
Sense slot	Appears only when Sense needs to be downloaded or while it’s downloading: “Download Sense · …” or “Downloading Sense · %…”. Click before the download starts to open the Sense window; click during the download to open Machine.

On the right (from left to right)

Part	What it does
New videos	If Merceq finds videos that aren’t in your library, it shows the count here. Click to open the New videos window; you can import them with Add to library.
iPhone (Go)	Coming soon.
Culling mode	Three buttons let you switch between Overview, Lens, and list views. See Three ways to view clips.
Plugins	Manage the Sense, Recall, and Link tools. Go is coming soon.
Feedback	Appears only in trial (Alpha) versions.
Machine	Shows tasks running in the background. See Machine.
Settings	Opens the Settings window (⌘,). If a new version is available, a “A new version is available” mark appears on it.
Bell	Opens your notifications. See Notifications.
Export	Opens the Export window (⌘E). It stands out when no clips are waiting for a decision.
