Keep a memory copy
If the Recall plugin is on, another option appears in Summary when Move to Trash is selected: Keep a small memory copy. It’s off by default.
- Press Keep a small memory copy. To turn it off, choose Don’t keep memory copies.
- Read the explanation: “A small memory copy of your rejected videos stays in the Memories folder, about {boyut}. This isn’t a backup; it’s for opening and looking at now and then.”
- Choose the quality: 540p, 720p (default), or 1080p. Your choice is remembered for next time.
- The Memories folder is created inside the export destination.
- A video whose memory copy can’t be written isn’t sent to the Trash; it stays in place.
- Result: “{n} memory copies were written to the Memories folder ({mb} MB).” If some couldn’t be written: “…a copy couldn’t be written for {n} videos; they weren’t sent to the Trash.”
